Supreme Court sweeps out another supporting leg of the Administrative State and gives victory to J6ers
I'm not tired of winning yet (but watch for those drop off and mail in ballots from illegals)
A disappointment from SCOTUS on Missouri/Louisiana V. Biden
and then…

The Chevron Doctrine was decisively knocked out. For years, the Chevron Doctrine (since 1984) required courts to defer to administrative rulings of Government Agencies on Health Care, Safety, and the Environment. This led to decades of the growth of the Administrative State and Non-Profits who colluded with Government Bureaucrats to expand the crushing burden of Government regulation.
If Axios is upset, that’s a good thing.
And a victory for all of us, especially J6ers who have been horribly rounded up, abused, and deprived of due process.
The DOJ can no longer use an element of Sarbanes-Oxley to prosecute the J6ers.
DOJ has been using a law intended to ensure transparency and accountability in corporate annual financial statements to prosecute J6ers?
The answer is intuitive, lock Clapper up on February 1, 2025.
