A Board to Review Generals and Admirals?
A President and Secretary of Defense does have that authority.
The pearl clutching is in high gear in the military end of the swamp. Can a President convene a board to review Generals and Admirals (and it should include Senior Executives). I don’t know of such an precedent - but yes. All General/Flag Officers are personally approved by a President.
In World War II, after the U.S. Army’s disastrous performance at its first battle against the Germans in World War II, there was a massive purge of officers. Eisenhower went from Lieutenant Colonel to Five Star General in a meteoric fashion. So did Patton, Bradley, and U.S. Grant.
Let’s not wait for a disaster until we swap out our DEI/CRT General/Flag Officers for war winning Generals.
God saved Donald J. Trump for a reason.
