I frankly don’t know what to make out of this story that has been percolating for roughly a month. The chatter has been very loud in Chinese ex-pat circles and Newsweek reported on this in August.

The type is listed in the article as 093-417 (the number is odd, it implies 10 are in service - public searches show possibly 6 in service) which is a Type 93…
