A significant strategic message from China, if anyone is paying attention in the Harris Team

A no-notice test of an Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) is provocative and unheard of. China just did one and it should be treated as an alarm. Is this a message to Tim Walz?

This is the first time since 1980 that China has fired an ICBM out into the Pacific. That was 44 years ago. Russia and the U.S. give advance warning of a test launch. China says they did, but Japan and other nations say no warning was given.
