China Cyber Blitz against America

China has already started the Cyber Blitz with the Typhoon Volt attack on Guam directed at the Microsoft Windows environment of sensitive U.S. Military networks. The Soviets (may) have pre-placed suitcase nukes, the Chinese are emplacing remote access software to turn off or degrade American networks. This is preparation for war, not a law enforcement action.
