H-1B Skills Based Visa Program is a RICO Racket
We want and need the best of the best immigrants who have extraordinary skills, but this can't be a scam to displace American workers
We need immigrants in America. But it needs to be legal and it can’t be a special interest racket for Big Tech to drive down wages.
Should immigrants with truly extraordinary skills receive an accelerated immigration process? Yes this is a good idea.
For Immigrants, who have commendable, but routine skills, which are most applicants: We want them also, but they need to follow the normal process and wait their turn.
Rare and unique personalities like Elon Musk are absolutely who we should give preference to. But he’s the exception in the reality of the whole H-1B effort as it is playing out. Elon’s first response in analyzing such a situation would be: “Show us the data”. The U.S. Government has little if any data to demonstrate the proper use of the H-1B laws and implementing regulations.
Here’s my article for Steve Bannon’s War Room. With a modicum of analysis, it is clear that the U.S. Government has allowed special interests and business interests to pervert the spirit and letter of the H-1B program.

Without the 3-4 years of open border we would not have a debate on the H-1B visa.
That we have such a debate is another parameter how Biden’s open border has messed up the US society.
There should be a limit of such visa per country. China should not be permitted to infiltrate our economy with tens of thousands visa users while Denmark can provide e.g. only 100 immigrants.
I thought a visa can only be granted if there is a vacancy, not a replacement. Maybe Disney should pay a fine for replacing their workers, and the fine $ go to those who were replaced.... this would discourage companies to abuse the visa.
