Housing costs driven up by Illegal Aliens
Open Border Government largesse to pay for Illegal Alien housing during the Autopen Administration created the increase in apartment rents and house prices
A new Department of Housing and Urban Development Report shows the continuing impact of Illegal Aliens on Apartment Rents and Housing Costs.
Taxpayer money was used on an industrial scale during the Autopen Administration to front load the costs to developers to build apartment complexes and also fund the leasing costs for one to two years into the future.
Guess what - we’re still in the pre-funded period from the Autopen era.
In addition, lax oversight and enforcement of FHA Loans allowed pervasive fraudulent home purchases by Illegal Aliens.
If you noticed many new apartment complexes being built in the last four years, you weren’t imagining things. They were being built at a brisk pace and often funded by money stolen from the U.S. Citizen through taxation.
Current Secretary Scott Turner is appearing on media (shown below) to amplify the incriminating HUD Report.
The solution - ramp up deportations of Illegal Aliens, claw back unexpensed funds from those who benefitted from the misuse of taxpayer funds, and start prosecutions.
Developers and Builders like home construction - but they prefer apartment block construction because there’s a much better Return on Investment from the denser population per square foot. This is something learned from the original apartment complexes that became the squalid public housing projects of LBJ’s Great Society.
It’s much easier to control society when the population is forced into being a renting society in a 15 minute city. You’ll own nothing and be happy about it.
Fortunately we have four years to crush toxic Communism, Woke-ism, and Globalism.
