General Laura Richardson, Commander of Southern Command has done an excellent job of pointing out the Chinese malign behavior since she was confirmed in 2021. The Biden Team (nor Congress) has given Southern Command the resources they need, nor kicked State Department in the rear end to do their sworn duties.
