Multiple Missile Launches by China are a message, Taiwan goes on alert
Taiwan is concerned about a massive initial missile volley striking key ports, airports, and air defense
I just came back from Taiwan.
Two clear messages were shared while I was there.
First: Taiwan expects a Cuban Missile like "Quarantine" within six months. Ships and aircraft may be stopped, turned away, or forced to undergo inspections. Undersea cables will be cut.
Second: Taiwan simply wants immediate deliveries of the 19 or so FMS cases. "We will defend ourselves, please deliver the weapons as fast as possible, we are not "Freeloaders" "
The sudden, no notice missile launches are a message. Unfortunately our National Security enterprise is bought off, corrupt, and focused on the wrong issues.
We will be involved in this - if China hits Taiwan, they will have to take on Japan and South Korea also which triggers formal treaties.
It was great seeing the New Federal State of China Posse while I was there. Great work NFSC!
We need Trump back in office - stat!

The ultimate Chineez play may also include ... S-Korea, Japan, Philippines, Indonesia, Guam, Kwajalein, and Papua New Guinea. The US probably should re-evaluate where to deploy the Naval Fleet, dispatching a few Carrier Groups to eastern Pacific (seems like a smart move).
Russia appears to be rather confident with their continued air space incursions, without any consequences. It might also be a wise move to re-establish Adak Naval Station and deploy some Naval assets based from Adak (AK).
Additionally, it seems like it would be a good idea to deploy HIMARS to key locations throughout the Pacific. One was recently delivered to Shemya (AK).
It’s getting scary. Get food water & ammo, and medications.
