Unfortunately // Disgustingly ... No one has been held accountable for this devious - traitorous hoax and, I suppose no one will be, setting a dangerous precedence. The perpetrators will merely live free (holding onto their power - prestige - prominence, security clearances, pensions - retirements, etc.) and most assuredly embolden others to do something similar for whatever reason they see fit and/or justified.
